The Moldova Team: Four University of North Carolina School of Dentistry students have been selected to represent our school and our country in an exchange program with the dental school in Chisnau, Moldova. We will volunteer our time providing free dental care at the medical clinic of the Straseni orphanage, built in 2000 as a joint effort between the United States Military and the Moldovian National Army in the spirit of partnership and peace to provide a brighter future. As a team we look forward to not only helping an area in need but also to the learning experience that is taking part in dentistry across the world during this service project.
